Become a Leader:
Mentor-Connect helps faculty learn new management skills and develop leadership skills through project development, proposal submission, and implementation of a funded project. Mentor-Connect offers tools and resources that support and increase diversity in the NSF ATE Program nationally. Mentor-Connect brings colleges who have not yet benefited from ATE Program funding into the ATE community and is building ATE Program leadership for tomorrow.
Through project development, proposal submission & implementation of a funded project, faculty will learn new management skills as well as develop leadership skills. Mentor-Connect seeks to offer tools and resources that will in return help to make Mentor-Connect a support for the National Science Foundation's ATE program need for underrepresented and underserved populations throughout the country. Currently 2/3 of the community colleges in the United States have not benefitted from ATE program funding. We are building ATE program leadership of tomorrow
“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.”
